What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and generate high-potential leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital channels.
- Analyze industries, companies, and decision-makers to craft effective outreach strategies.
- Connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our staffing & IT services.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and keep track of progress using CRM tools.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement creative lead generation strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience of minimum 1 year in business development in same industry
- A self-starter with a passion for sales, business development, and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in reaching out to potential clients.
- Curious, analytical, and interested in market trends within the IT & staffing industries.
- Tech-savvy – familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email marketing is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
